I monitored about 15 Sajha buses from Christi Mandap bus stop. Observations: 1. Almost all sajha buses pass through this location but the stop is missing in the map-add it. 2. Timing and bus number is ok but sometimes bus suddenly vanishes from the map. 3. Only one route buses are shown. Not all can be seen in the map. 4. App is not user-friendly. Font and back of bus in map is almost same. Suggestions: 1. Make map interactive like Google map. 2. Provide all routes from the stop to destination.

After 6pm there is no buses thankot to budhanilkantha, after waiting for 20–30 minutes one bus came, but bus have tag of budhanilkantha to thankot but bus going to airport side, there is no management for bus round for normal people who depend on buses

New sajha bus which was added on godawari-ratnapark router was not shown or added in app. So please check it.
