2 Great salads for us. I tried the pick two, wife had a Sophie salad. Both great. Brand-new location, clean store, plenty of free parking. 🥬🥒🫑🌶🥕

I patronized the new location in Midland Commons today and was thoroughly pleased with an excellent Buffalo Bleu salad. The size, value, and taste were great. I highly recommend Salad works for your next healthy choice adventure.

Since salad works recently updated their app I cannot get to my account. My email isn't recognized, and my phone number, is not recognized. I know I had rewards on my app and I really don't want to lose them. At this point, it looks like they've lost a customer. Actually two me and my husband is he was having the same issue.

New update is terrible!!! It erased my rewards points then told me they couldn't find my email or phone number. The same email and phone that I created the account with. Also, no I am not signing up for texts, so I can get a free beverage so stop asking!

This new application is terrible. You can order your salads from it, but you cannot see your points or your rewards. There's no way to redeem the rewards in store and even the associates can't bring up the rewards on the register. Salad works might have just lost a customer. I don't understand why you would change the app when it was perfect before. I reached out to customer service by email and got a very dry response to fix it, and it did not work!
