I keep trying to reset my password because I don't remember it, but even though I put my email, and it says it's sending an ñink to my email to reset my password, the email never comes. I've tried a multitude of times, but I never get an email with a link to reset it. And now you can't buy any lunch at the instore café with money, you have to order it through the app, which DOES NOT LET ME SET A NEW PASSWORD SO I CAN SIGN IN!!! WORTHLESS APP!!!

Avoid Sam's on lakeland highlands road. 3rd time we gave gotten bad gas and this last time was really Bad!!!. Water in the gas.

In 2023, I gave the Sam’s app 5 stars. I’m changing it to 1 star until changes are made. Here are the issues: There is no way to search for all three categories of SCAN & GO, ONLINE purchases, and IN CLUB purchases at the same time. Additionally, neither SCAN & GO nor ONLINE orders allow you click on items and hyperlink to that item’s details. This is crazy. You have a wonderful app in so many ways, but these things really need to be fixed in order to earn a five-star rating.

Love the store and the products, but the app has a million issues and there delivery service leaves littler be desired by rude drivers and lost or misplaced delivery items. The combo of the bad app and the bad drivers makes me an in person shopper only from now on For a businessman like me to go in every day and something is changed or different, but the functionality is of the app overall. Is terrible To Suppose to be a Walmart company however the Walmart + app works much better than the Sam's club
