Samsara: Leela Self-Discovery

Samsara brings Leela, the game of self-knowledge, to your phone. Explore self-discovery through a 72-square board game, questions about your intention and a reflection journal. Set an intention, roll the die and discover the meaning of the square you land on. YOUR JOURNEY THROUGH THE GAME • Choose an intention or a theme to reflect on. • Travel across a 72-square board with snakes and ladders. • Explore square meanings and interpretations of your moves. • Consider questions connected to your intention. • Save your reflections and a record of your journey in a journal. YOUR REFLECTION JOURNAL Record the thoughts that arise during play and revisit your journey history. Use the questions as starting points to reflect on choices, relationships or personal goals. Leela combines a board game with personal reflection. Your own associations, observations and questions shape the experience: what matters right now, which patterns keep returning, and where would you like to go next? The board's symbols offer starting points for those thoughts. Samsara is for people interested in Leela, mindfulness, spiritual practices and self-exploration through play. You do not need a physical board, dice or tokens to get started. This is a reflective game, not fortune-telling or a source of guaranteed answers. It is not gambling, therapy, or medical or psychological advice. Begin with an intention and explore your own path in Samsara.
