★★☆☆☆ Took 3 workings day for them to tell me that the color I ordered is out of stock, and ask me to wait for 30 days for it. After I changed the color (since I don't want to wait), they tell me to wait for another 3 working days just to amend the order, not ship the order.... 3 working days to do amendment process only, extremely slow processes. For the shipping, will have to wait for another 3 working days, expert of delay. Just buy it from shopee or Lazada or whatever, 100 times faster than this

★★☆☆☆ Worst app ever. I tried to order the product using Samsung rewards and a card offer, but I keep getting the same error. I can't place an order from either the application or the website.
