I've been searching for a game from my childhood and this game is so far the closest I've come to finding it. Is this game based off another game? The game I'm searching for is infinite with time slow element in it and without the upgrades

I love this game, it's so fun, and you can make such cool builds with the level 3 upgrades, but PLEASE JUST GIVE US AN ENDLESS MODE! We're limited to 9 upgrades per game! If we could just get an endless mode it would be so much better!
