App is wonderful; if you need help using it doesn't brother with SB Library chat for help; they have no clue how 2 use app & deny there is even a way 2 check out books digitally. They are very rude & incompetent.

The app is very convenient. My son lost his library card, lucky its saved on the app. I hope they can add upcoming events on the app, so people can know about them.

It's easy to use and has some great features. I love that I can check the status of my holds, renew items, and check-out items right from my phone. I can even manage the cards for other family members from my phone. Now we can keep our cards at home and don't have to worry about losing them.

Since the update I am unable to hold more than 3 family members' accounts on my app as the scrolling feature is not available for me to press the continue button after selecting which account I want to access.

I will advise anyone on an android, or otherwise having issues, to use the app Libby. I found it yesterday an am able to set up my account and get ebooks without issue. On a separate not, I see the issue for me is that for the barcode, it only allows me to enter the numbers on here... but the true barcode contains letters and numbers. Iphone app lets you do it without issue. So, suggestion is to delete this app on android and use Libby

You can't even do anything on the app. Just as confusing as the county library website. Definitely not user-friendly! It keeps telling me I need to configure my account to access features, but ok???? Where do I do that? It redirects you to the website and there's no place to do it there either. Useless.
