★★★★★ Slow, but the interactive map is great The app has much of the information available on the website in a compact manner. It is noticeably slower and would have made me use their website if it was mobile optimized. But the interactive GPS-enabled map in this app is quite useful to find your way in the Zoo, especially in the lost forest area. (The Zoo itself is fantastic, but that's not what this review is about)

★★★★★ Loved this app Love this app and zoo, me and my dad always look on the animal cams and looks at new videos and stuff, were in the UK and enjoy this app very much but wish you can see more of the animal cams like on the website. Would love to vist the also I for real :-)

★★★★★ Does what I need it to do. Don't understand the bad ratings? There is a pdf version of the map which is great considering (paperless people) we all usually toss it at the end of the day really. List of animals found in the park along with pictures, descriptions, interesting facts, and where they may have close encounters. There are live feed links to watch certain animals through their live cams. Locations for dinning, show times, restrooms, etc. Again, I don't understand the negative feedback the app does a great job and has a clean manageable layout.

★★☆☆☆ Wanted it to work This app has promise, but.... Every time i tried something, it waited and waited and waited for that info to download. It should download daily information once upon opening. For example, the map should only download once. When it finally did, the gps seemed to work.

★★☆☆☆ Not useful Would have liked an interactive map. And when I clicked on the animals tab, I thought it would point me to where they were in the zoo, not provide information. Basically a useless app. The paper map was much more helpful.

★★☆☆☆ No interactive map? What's the point? The Zoo is amazing, but the app was a little pointless. Yes they have a pdf version of the map, but it is the same one as on Google images and less helpful than the paper map they give you. They badly need an interactive map as they app with a current location GPS dot
