It's little buggy but overall a great app. The buggy part with me was when I tried to log in with room number and name. We are starting at the Sani Club, so we need to write C at the beginning of the room, so it's C401. And the surname has to be all capitals. Then it works. I really love the idea with this app. You can read about the restaurants and make reservations. The hotel overall is just amazing, incredible, magnificent and magical. Really. There is nothing to complain!

Doesn't work. Can't book and can't view bookings. Android version is useless compared with iPhone one as I had to ask my partner to use her iphone to book dinner or events. Very bad app considering we were always told by staff to book via the app! If it worked we could have! Doesn't remember login details either! Why do I need to sign up? What's wrong with a 2d barcode when we check in to make acct is set up correctly?

It recognizes my email address enough to let me successfully change a password, but try to log in using that email and the new password, and it tells me an account with my credentials cannot be found.

This is the worst app I have ever used. Totally useless. It does not respond at all when you open it. On the very rare occasion it does open, everything freezes indefinitely. I have been unable to do anything on it. I cannot book activities or restaurants, I cannot even see activities & restaurant reservations booked via the customer services team. I cannot view the rewards points I have accrued. The restaurant filters are duplicated but don't even give the same results. Beyond terrible.
