The Sanitas Active app motivates you to get more exercise every day. The app not only counts your steps when you’re walking, it also tracks your activity when cycling and swimming. And now you can record your visits to other sports facilities and courses, such as aerobics classes, gyms or yoga studios. Your daily exercise is used to calculate an activity score (duration, intensity, distance covered), which is used to measure your personal target achievement. If you reach your daily target, you get a coin. Sanitas customers can collect these coins and redeem them for online vouchers.
The Sanitas Active app draws exercise data from the Apple Health app. It’s easy to connect additional fitness trackers (such as Fitbit or Garmin) to the Active app. Get started now – every step counts. Have fun!

Die App funktioniert relativ gut, abgesehen davon, dass ich einen Voucher zu meinen Favoriten hinzugefügt habe und ihn dann nicht mehr fand, weil die Favoritenliste nicht angezeigt wurde. Später dann schon. Nur einen Stern gibt es, weil es für Belohnungen so hohe Mindestbeträge auf einen Kauf gibt, dass mir die Belohnungen gar nichts bringen. Helsana schafft es ihren Kunden direkt Geld auszuzahlen und zwar ohne Bedingungen. Wieso schafft das Sanitas nicht?

I cannot connect to collect my point. Once I click on the coins I sign in with my sanitas account, I get the text message, I enter it. And then error: 'connection failed: connection to customer portal failed!' please fix this problem

Leider kann ich die APP nicht mit dem Sanitas Portal verbinden. Ich habe schon mehrmals eine E-Mail dem Support geschrieben und nie eine Antwort erhalten.
