San lam Reality promises many discounts and benefits. I was drawn to signing up for the movie benefits and flight discounts. However-please don't use the app.I have had two experiences where money is deducted from my account but no ticket issued. Also had a problem with using the membership number at Nu-Metro on more than one occasion. Not sure if the benefits are worth the added time addressing issues....
