A lot of issues with the access. Many times down. Many times with error. Too bad.

I have to activate pushes to be able to log in. The pushes Santander sends on APP are completely irrelevant. Zero segmentation, apparently. When opening the APP I receive an In-APP template. Also, completely irrelevant and even creating issues with login. Santander has a marketing solution called Insider that does all segmentation and personalization that would prevent irrelevant pushes and templates and would assure that if a person doesn't see the same if irrelevant. Why isn't Santander using it?

Useless. Never tested when developed. Servers crash a lot. The IT department Brazil is a joke. Santander in the UK and Spain are good. Brazil useless.

One, because it is not uncommon, of the worst internet banking experience I ever had. Weird errors. Literally never-ending loading screens. The application designer was unable to take you from point A to point B without 10 loading screens. Judging by the kind of professionals they hire, not a surprise for me, of course. It's such a waste of time. If you can, don't even bother.
