★★★★★ ****Update- I had a prompt reply to my comment and after a quick telephone call, had the old device deregistered. I had to go through the registration process again, but it was easy and all is working properly now. *******I have changed to a new phone. Same phone number. The app worked previously but on the new phone the app won't accept my pin. I am logged in on the PC and registered but to add the new device it asks for a code. But I can't get into the app to get a code.

★★☆☆☆ App doesn't work. After few months the log in completely fails. It is the third decade in 21st century, this app feels like a 1980s website on dial-up. Please improve the user experience.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible, doesn't seem to work at all. First time I opened it my camera starts with zero reason why or instructions. Second time it asks for a pin, then nothing happens, no instructions again. No message. How did a Bank allow this to be released in this state.

★★☆☆☆ App doesn't work at all on android! Just asks for normal Pin then put that in, and it doesn't respond been like this since the last update. Can't log in to Internet banking as need the code from this app. Not good Update 15/01/25 Still no luck have called but app now just crashes
