We will notify you via push notifications and/or SMS whenever local customers in your locality have shared their shopping lists with you. The shopping lists will be shared with you anonymously, meaning you will not know who the customer is and the customers will also not know the details of all the merchants with whom their shopping lists are shared. Please make sure to enable push notifications for the Santhe Merchant App on your device to ensure that you get the very important timely push notifications about incoming customer shopping list requests. Adding prices and making an offer You can access all the shopping lists shared by the local customers in your area in the “New” tab of your Santhe Merchant App. Here is where the action begins, you can browse through the items within the shopping list shared by the customers and add your prices against each item if it is available in your shop, along with any relevant notes or comments. Once you have added prices for all items in the list, you can make your best offer for that list and send your offer to the customer via the Santhe Merchant App. Customer accepts an offer Whenever a customer accepts an offer that you have made, we will notify you via a push notification. You can then simply open the Santhe Merchant App on your device and go to the relevant shopping list which would now be shown with the status as “Offer Accepted”. On opening the list, you can easily find the details of the customer who accepted your offer. You can now choose to either chat with the customer or just call the customer to discuss the details of how you will deliver the product and how the payment can be made. And there you go, now you have won a new customer and are on track to grow your business and make more money.
