No issues using the app until recently that the app has refused to log me in. I guess it's network or some technical error which will be resolved. I enjoy using this app cos it makes life easy for me as long as transactions are concerned.

Very good app. It has been updated several times in recent months and is more user-friendly with a good interface. Two things that I note for improvement: 1) For some time now, you cannot add beneficiaries. The latest update which I downloaded today still has this issue. That's a great feature when you have several transactions. 2) It crashes regularly around civil servant pay days (24th to 28th) and becomes unusable! Please improve these!

Worst experience, no one should create an account with African. Their support does not respond to tickets. My account was changed from current to savings without my consent. This is absolutely trash...

It's a good app because you can at times follow up your account at the comfort of your home and even make transactions without time wastage, but for the fact that some rubrics are not yet functional. The technical team should try to make them go operational fast, and at times certain transactions between Sara money and the main bank account can't be done at certain periods of the day
