I am so glad to be back to the Sarah Beth Yoga experience now that I am due with my second child. Her prenatal yoga got me through my first pregnancy. I had a confident and smooth delivery, and I attribute this to my ability to stick to her Yoga routines and calendars with ease. Her Yoga videos are by far the best on the internet (or in person classes!) because her cues are so easy to follow. Looking forward to another round of dedicated yoga with Sarah Beth!

Please note most of the 5-star reviews are years old. Not worth the money. She posts almost everything for free on YouTube. She posts only one new video a month and half the time its 10 min or less. If you like her, I get it, stick to YouTube for free. In my time there the interactions got less frequent and more inauthentic. There are so many better and cheaper options. Try Yoga Renew. 10 a month with multiple daily lives hundreds of videos and many workshops for extended learning. SBY is a scam.
