Exceptional instructor. I started doing Pilates and eventually found Gabrielle on YouTube. Her cues are phenomenal. I engage many more muscles with her cues than other instructors. I decided to pay to access more workouts, and it's worth it. There are many mobility and stretching workouts as well as workouts that focus on posture. You can filter workouts by level, length or focus. You can even search for props such as ball or Pilates circle.
