Have been ordering food from Chaska location for years now and am never disappointed. From sandwiches, to pizza, salads, and pastas, everything has always tasted great. Rewards program is a bonus towards saving some money on your orders. App is always easy to use and accurate. No complaints at all.

Although the app is very convenient to have, it is rather difficult to use. The options are nice for selecting items and customizing orders. But the main problem for me is that the app is very slow and glitchy. It takes forever to load a pizza for you to build/customize, and then it seems to freeze up or take ages to progress. It can be frustrating how long it takes to (hopefully) move on to the next step in ordering. Improving to the speed and functionality of the app would be appreciated.

Very poor experience. Attempting to order on the app, but it refuses to deliver to my address even though I live within 4 miles of the location. Coupons won't even apply correctly, which is just an added layer of annoyance. I'll try again in a few years, hopefully you'll have gotten your act together, but until then you've lost a long term customer.
