Edit: This problem was promptly fixed and the app works fine now. Does nothing but say "Internal server error! Please try again later". This has been happening with multiple versions over several weeks. This is on Graphene OS, which the app appears to be explicitly disallowing for some reason.

Honestly a great app. Very modern interface. Good information clearly visible. L love that departure and arrival gates are visible. Also great that you get baggage receipts in the app.

The app has failed to launch twice tonight, and I was told by customer service I "had to" manually enter flight data that is not entered in the web system. SAS appears to be having serious technical difficulties with both its website and app functionality on July 6, 2026. Not good when you can't see tickets and your told you must use a non-functioning smartphone app.

A whole new learning curve. Like no other airline app that I've used before. It has It's plus, but it is very difficult to navigate. Where is the boarding pass? Ugh.
