Well-designed, functional. Need to implement all services in the app though (like choosing seats when you book a flight vs having to get redirected to the webpage). Years later: they added the features ages ago, SAS still my go-to airline and has the most functional app of the bunch.

Generally a very good app. The one thing that bugs me is how notifications from the app turn up on my Android phone (phone home screen/top left corner of screen), and you can only read a small part of the notification, but when you click on it and is transferred to the app, there is no notification there, and I am left wondering what the notification was about.

Worst ever. I never saw such a buggy app where it's absolutely impossible to do anything - from checking in to finding information in the middle of the night without any assistance from the airline to contacting any kind customer support. When I book flights in the future, I'll avoid SAS as a nightmare. And I rarely get so angry and frustrated, but it's not their first time disappointing - they're quite good at that. The bugs in their app don't surprise in that sense.

Tried checking in but was not provided with a boarding pass as advertised. Just do as you normally would do BEFORE these air travel companies decided to dig their own hole and blame it on Customers.

Pretty useless when it is not possible to see that you are checked-in and one you at the airport did check in, you cannot see your seat number in the app

Won't load boarding passes properly. Won't load flight ref, so you can't give feedback. Won't send you password resets. Awful app and customer service overall
