This app just got a major upgrade with an Euro bonus section. I've been using this app for purchasing fares and checking in, for many years. (Old review from 2018: It's ok for checking in, but it's totally useless for booking flights, as there is no option to use Euro bonus points.)

Passport scanner detects but then says it can't load. One leg of my itinerary has no boarding pass after check in. AI chat is useless for real assistance. Agent chat is nowhere to be found. No other way to get help with booking.

-⭐ Too much irrelevant information. Difficult to navigate. -⭐ I get notifications about my baggage location, but when I click the notification it just switches to the app without showing my baggage. -⭐ Gate information is available in some sub menu and have to manually refresh "My trips" to get it there. +⭐ Dark mode. -⭐ Hiding cancelled flights with the flight number used to request 261 compensation.

This is a terrible airline, with appalling customer service. They have no official way to raise a formal complaint either. Avoid this airline.
