Purple Satellite is a satellite timelapse map that lets you scrub through real satellite images and watch Earth change over time.

Pick a place. Drag through the timeline. See coastlines shift, lakes rise and fall, mines expand, cities grow, forests change, farms cycle through seasons, and storms leave their mark.

Purple Satellite is built for people who want to see change directly, without setting up complicated map layers or digging through satellite data portals.
