didnt pay me when i made a withdrawal to my coins.ph account. will see if it will pay via coinbase. if it fails to pay again, will rate it as scam. UPDATE: so i tried this again and it still did not pay my wallet after withdrawal. i used a coin.ph address the first time and a coinbase address the 2nd time. both instances i did not receive anything on my wallets. very disappointed.
