Once you have applied for a visa to enter Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Visa Bio app will help you submit your fingerprints and facial image. Using this app you can complete your biometric enrollment process anytime, anywhere — no need to visit or queue at a Visa Service Center, all you need is your smartphone and passport.
With the Saudi Visa Bio app you can easily: - Submit your personal information, such as passport details and visa application number - Submit your biometric information i.e., facial image and fingerprints - Complete your biometric enrollment process in real-time in under 10 minutes
To complete the biometric enrollment process the Saudi Visa Bio app will need to collect: - A valid email address - A photo capture of your passport and the passport details - A photo capture of your face - A photo capture of your fingers
Your privacy is important to us; the data collected will only be used to verify your identity in order to complete your visa application process. All collected data will be automatically deleted from the app once the biometric enrollment has been completed.

I had applied for a visa for Umrah, but there was an issue with the fingerprint, so I had to go to the embassy or consulate. Then I got my fingerprint verified online through this app, which was successful. This saved me thousands of rupees and time. However, I request that the use of this app be made easy and understandable so that the purpose of its creation can be fulfilled.

Unfriendly experience. Should make it easier especially for the elderly, disabled and digitally illiterate. The fingerprints scan also must be made by one finger, then saved before continue to other fingers. Not 4 fingers at the same time. So that people can continue where it failed or unsuccessful, not to start all over again. Thanks

The Saudi Visa app has a major issue that prevents users from completing the registration process. The app does not send the required verification email, making it impossible to proceed. I have checked my inbox, spam, and junk folders multiple times, but no email arrives. To resolve this, I have tried reinstalling the app, using different email addresses, and even switching devices, but the problem persists. Without the verification email, users are completely blocked from accessing

Worst app, each member needs to add email, taking pictures and scanning passport way long, and fingerprint is way worse takes 10 minutes and in end it says abort can't scan. Worse app.
