Using this app you can complete your biometric enrollment process anytime, anywhere — no need to visit or queue at a Visa Service Center, all you need is your smartphone and passport.
With the Saudi Visa Bio app you can easily: - Submit your personal information, such as passport details and visa application number - Submit your biometric information i.e., facial image and fingerprints - Complete your biometric enrollment process in real-time in under 10 minutes
To complete the biometric enrollment process the Saudi Visa Bio app will need to collect: - A valid email address - A photo capture of your passport and the passport details - A photo capture of your face - A photo capture of your fingers
Your privacy is important to us; the data collected will only be used to verify your identity in order to complete your visa application process. All collected data will be automatically deleted from the app once the biometric enrollment has been completed.

Use an iPhone or a good-quality mobile, but iPhone is the best. With fast internet, this app works very smoothly. And during scanning, read the instructions that appear at the top.

Not easy to use, it doesn't save your progress, and it's terrible at scanning your fingerprints so makes it impossible to use for visa. Easier alternatives need to be made available for applicants.

This app only works for iPhone not for Android phone. I've tried 11 times to finish my biometric process but failed to do even on passport scan step. So it's highly recommended to use iPhone 15 or latest variant to finish one's process smooth and complete.

Unfriendly experience. Should make it easier especially for the elderly, disabled and digitally illiterate. The fingerprints scan also must be made by one finger, then saved before continue to other fingers. Not 4 fingers at the same time. So that people can continue where it failed or unsuccessful, not to start all over again. Thanks

Poor experience with this app. Please build more proper apps. Suitable for elders. Not all pilgrims are young. Their fingerprint can't scan at all.
