Sauna & Cold Plunge Tracker

Longy is a sauna and cold plunge tracker for the longevity community, biohackers and athletes. Time, log and review every heat and cold session, and build a routine you can keep.

Whether you use a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, an ice bath or a cold shower, Longy gives you a clear, distraction-free timer and a detailed session log.

WHY LONGY
Consistency is what turns a habit into a routine. Longy turns your fire and ice sessions into clear data you can act on. No account needed: your session history is stored on your device. Longy shows no ads, and it uses analytics and crash reports to improve the app.

SMART DUAL-MODE TIMER
• Sauna Mode: a warm, amber interface for heat sessions
• Cold Plunge Mode: a cool, ice-blue interface for cold water immersion
• Keep-awake: the screen stays on during your session
• Background accuracy: the timer keeps counting if you switch apps
• Milestone alerts: haptic and sound cues every 5 minutes in the sauna and every minute in the cold, so you never have to look at the screen

SESSION LOG & PROGRESS
• Log the temperature in °C or °F and rate the intensity from 0 to 100
• Add notes on how you felt or which breathing protocol you followed
• Weekly charts: session count, total time and trends
• Streak tracking to keep you motivated

LEARN AND PRACTICE SAFELY
• Educational cards on heat and cold exposure, each with its study source
• A safety profile with warnings based on your age and health conditions
