I have been utilizing the cab services by Safari for last 5β6 years. They have professional drivers, good cabs, user-friendly, transparent booking system. A great cab rental service!

Booked an inter City one way trip from Simona to Bangalore. The driver Manjunath arrived on time, was an experienced and professional driver. The car was clean and comfortable, ample space for our luggage. The driver was polite. The pricing was transparent with no hidden charges. Generally any cab services charge two-way expenses for drop-off trip. But the Safari cab services charge One-way expenses only for drop-off trip. This is really beneficial and economical to the travelers.

I booked a car through the Safari app, but the car that arrived didnβt match the details provided. I had chosen a service guaranteeing a 2022 or newer model, but the driver said it was a 2020 model. Later, the driver and others gave conflicting information about the model year. Very disappointing and raises doubts about Safariβs reliability.

They are providing old cab and Driver are not wearing dress at daytime they drink alcohol and tobacco cab condition is not up to Mark I request to all plz don't use this safari app very bad service

Safari Car Rental looks good only till booking, but after that their service is terrible. They cheat in billing β only 10% is paid online while 90% must be given in cash or UPI to the driver. They issue GST invoices but donβt accept full online payment, showing no transparency. Drivers are unsafe, using phones while driving, and customer support is useless. Totally unprofessional and unreliable β never trust or choose Safari. Never recommend this safari.

Had a very bad experience using safari app. First they accepted the booking but when the pickup time had already passed they said that we don't have any cab available. This caused a lot of delay and inconvenience in our outstation travel from the airport.

First and worst experience we have ever witnessed. Driver behavior was very pathetic... never ever book cab by safari app. Music system stopped working since journey start.before journey the charges were less but after complete it gone to double... I want my money refund...
