SaviAttendance

SaviAttendance is a high-performance, professional attendance management solution designed specifically for schools and educational institutions. Empower your staff and administrators to capture accurate, real-time attendance data using advanced QR and Barcode scanning technology.
Whether you are managing a single classroom or a large-scale campus, Savi Attendance simplifies the check-in process, eliminates manual errors, and provides verifiable data.

High-Speed Scanning Transform your smartphone into a powerful attendance terminal. Use the integrated ZXing scanner to read student ID cards instantly. The app provides immediate audio feedback, speaking the student’s name and class upon a successful scan.

Offline-First Technology Don't let poor connectivity slow you down. Savi Attendance stores all records securely in a local database. You can continue scanning students even in "dead zones," and the app will handle the rest.

Intelligent Auto-Sync Our smart background worker attempts to sync your data with the school server every 2 minutes. Once a connection is established, your records are uploaded automatically, keeping your school dashboard updated in near real-time.

Comprehensive Dashboard Stay informed with at-a-glance summaries. View "Today’s Attendance" and compare "Server vs. Local" counts to ensure every record is accounted for.

Historical Attendance & Search Easily browse through past attendance records using the built-in calendar or search specifically by student registration number.

Automatic Maintenance To keep your device running smoothly, the app automatically cleans up synced records older than 2 days, ensuring your storage remains clutter-free.
