I have placed my order using saya's official website. My shipment had been booked the next day by M & P courier service, and they send me text in which tracking number was mentioned. After 3 days when I check the status of my parcel using tracking number, it showed that I have received my parcel but obviously I didn't receive. After 2 weeks, I received my parcel. The pkage was amazing. I love the stuff and there were no color fall. Same as pictures. Thank you SAYA. WILL SURELY SHOP AGAIN. ✨🌟

Even if you bought a lot of dresses, and on the upmost most of the dresses are not as colored in pictured. And if you want to return a single dress they don't even return it.😡

Third class fabric with third class stitching. Awful experience. Will never purchase anything from this online store. I don't even want to give them 1 star.

Worst customer service and very rude staff. Beware customers, SAYA Brand does not return any NON SALE items even purchased physically from their outlet and this is not clearly mentioned anywhere, neither on their website nor on the invoice. Their call center number is on permanent IVR, and even you keep waiting for 15 mins, nobody is going to pick up. Also, if you request for the exchange at the outlet, their staff misbehaves. Highly not recommended as a shopping option.
