Easy to order, unable to use points awarded. Sent an email, but the responder just copied and pasted a link instead of reading my issue and addressing it properly. Because the link that was sent did nothing but waste my time.

I remembered Sbarro able to do birthday rewards since I was able to get a free birthday slice last year. However, sadly the website was down, so I tried to download the app. I hoped I was able to input my birthday, but there was no option for it.

App and website suck! There is a Sbarro near me and cannot find location in the app or website! My location has almost no options! What a waste of franchising your brand! I have to call them, and they have almost no options
