At first installation not professional wires hanging in sight and no way to conceal but the good news is that the team who completed connections were awesome and very helpful in getting the questions answered that I asked. Abd not that they've gotten most of the buffering problems solved can't say anything but great pictures and sounds. Now the REALLY BAD NEWS IS, there's at least a 2 to 3 hours waiting to speak with a customer service representative, but when you finally get one great service

Works well for what it's for, on android it works great only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact I can't get it on my PC, it always says sign in is incorrect., if that could be fixed I'd change to 5 stars.
