SBMAQ 2026 Conference App

Welcome to the Power of You Conference 2026, a celebration of leadership, connection, wellbeing, and the extraordinary impact that individuals have on their teams, schools, and communities. This year's conference recognises that the greatest asset in any organisation is its people. Every conversation, decision, relationship, and act of leadership contributes to creating environments where others can thrive. The Power of You is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and invest in the skills, knowledge, and connections that enable us to lead with confidence and purpose. Across the conference, delegates will engage with inspiring keynote speakers, practical workshops, and collaborative learning experiences designed to challenge thinking, spark new ideas, and strengthen professional networks. Whether you are seeking innovative approaches, fresh perspectives, or meaningful connections, this event provides a space to learn from experts and colleagues who share a commitment to excellence and positive impact. A highlight of this year's program is keynote speaker **Yani Mills from Sing With Yani**, whose engaging and uplifting approach demonstrates the transformative power of connection, creativity, and shared experiences. Through her unique blend of storytelling, participation, and inspiration, Yani will encourage delegates to embrace authenticity, foster belonging, and recognise the influence they have on those around them. The Power of You Conference is more than a professional learning event. It is an opportunity to celebrate achievements, acknowledge challenges, and reconnect with the purpose that drives our work. Through collaboration, innovation, and shared experiences, we can strengthen our capacity to support others and create lasting positive change. As you participate throughout the conference, we encourage you to connect with new colleagues, share your expertise, explore fresh ideas, and reflect on the unique strengths you bring to your role. Together, we can harness the power of collective leadership and continue building stronger, more connected communities. Thank you for joining us for the Power of You Conference 2026. We look forward to learning, growing, and celebrating with you.
