ScaffDocs

ScaffDocs is the all-in-one app for UK scaffolding contractors: drawings, quotes, inspections, safety paperwork and getting paid, from your phone, tablet or office computer.

Built for the UK scaffolding industry, ScaffDocs lets you create, sign, store and share every key document on site. No paperwork, no chasing.

KEY FEATURES

• TG20 Drawings: independent, birdcage, lift shaft, tower and platform-on-plant drawings, checked against TG20:21 as you go, with an A3 PDF and load list
• 3D Designer: design the scaffold in 3D and send the client a link with the price and an Accept button
• Quotes: VAT worked out, your own terms, and clients accept online or sign on your phone. Every accepted quote has a signed copy, and turns into an invoice in one tap
• Terms and Conditions of Hire: your own terms of hire, signed online, on your phone or on paper, with a private client's 14-day right to cancel
• Inspections and Handovers: inspection reports with photos and sign-off, handover certificates, and scaffold tags you scan to see the latest inspection
• Job Register and Schedule: every job in one place, with bookings, gangs and arrival times
• Lead Scaffolders and Inspectors: give your team their own login to see their jobs, tick off the handover and tag, and see every inspection that's due
• Safety Documents: RAMS, POWRA, toolbox talks, Safe Start, accident and near-miss reports, defects, LOLER register, harness checks and the training matrix
• Timesheets: track your team's hours and days, signed off each week
• Getting Paid: invoices, part payments, hire weeks still to invoice, and reminders by WhatsApp or email
• Company Wallet: insurance, accreditations and your team's cards, shared with clients as a link
• PDFs: share any document by WhatsApp or email in seconds
• Office Website: the same jobs, schedule, quotes and money on your computer at office.scaffdocs.co.uk
• Cloud Storage: everything stored securely online and available on all your devices
