OVERVIEW
Adapt IT’s ScaleABILITY weighbridge solution has a 15-year pedigree with a wealth of experience in the field of weighbridge automation
and associated supply chain solutions. Every year, ScaleABILITY manages the inbound logistics for nearly 9 million tonnes (an average of
1,400 deliveries a day during peak season).
ScaleABILITY is highly configurable, allowing you to capture the required data for a wide range of raw materials and finished product
transactions. Given the high risk of fraud associated with weighbridges, our solution includes sophisticated exception handling and
configuration management, with automated processes to minimize operator inputs. Providing careful scrutiny over this process with
business rules, an extensive audit trail and integration with physical equipment such as weighing equipment, cameras, booms, traffic
lights and infrared positioning beams.
This, along with other weighing data captured into the system, is immediately available to the correct channels, providing improved
control of deliveries by different categories. This allows deliveries to be more streamlined and accurately monitored.

TECHNOLOGY
From a technology standpoint, the software includes standard interfaces to 3rd party systems to lower the cost of integration. The
solution’s offline mode ensures business continuity and a complete audit trail in the event of a network failure. Our innovative design
