★★★★★ I work at and ambulance manufacturer and this is a great product. However, I didn't give it 5 stars because it doesn't give you the light pattern description. So if you don't have the bag for the light you won't know what patter to choose.

★★☆☆☆ Doesn't connect to anything from our work phone. Could be an issue working with the Android interface but whatever it is causing this makes this app pointless

★★☆☆☆ It's 2022, and they still haven't updated the app to work with modern Android.

★★☆☆☆ Does not work with Google Pixel with Android 13 OS as of 3/30/23. My phone can pick up the device but will not connect at all. The programmer's LED lights up when I hit 'pair device' but then goes out and doesn't connect. I wish Helen would go back to the old style programmer because this is total garbage.
