HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. 📲 Use your phone camera to snap a photo of your recipe and click on “Scan recipe”. Scan to Whisk works with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology; this means that the content from photos you take will be recognized as editable text.
2. ✍️ Review and edit your scanned recipe. Make all the changes you want. Edit the recipe title, ingredients, and instructions.
3. 💾 Save it and enjoy!

I just tried this with low expectations from some of the other reviews. But I'm happy to say it worked perfectly! I was easily able to add my recipe it only needed a tiny bit of tweaking then I easily added this to my whisk account. Great job on this app!

Great functionality and works correctly 90% of the time. Only problem is it struggles with fractions and also I seem to have reached a limit of recipe's scanned. Was keen to keep using but seems i will need to stop as it wont scan any more.

Scan worked great (even on a German recipe!), but cannot log in using the email attached to my whisk account. Despite having checked that I do indeed have the correct password, the Scan to Whisk app insists my password is incorrect.

Love the idea of the app! Few roadblocks. I scanned a recipe THAT WORKED YAY but when trying to save I couldn't. I couldn't verify the robot pictures. And I don't feel comfortable entering in my Gmail password it's asking me for. Can I create a separate Whisk account? Separate password.

I would give this app 5 stars but I can not get it to load my scanned recipe to my Wisk account. For some reason, when I scan my recipe, everything looks like it is working correctly but then I hit the save button from the Scan app, it will open Whisk and ask for sign in info, then when I sign in, it loops back to the scan app to rescan. I did this like 5 times before I gave up. If this were fixed and it worked like it is supposed to, it would be great!
