The scan attendee app has made the check in process very smooth for event organization, it's user-friendly, efficient and the badge printing feature is fantastic. Also, their customer support is top-notch. Highly recommended!

This app and software is the least user-friendly event program I have encountered. Every time we have used it, there has been an issue. It is fussy, not intuitive, slow, and clunky. Any issues I have had have been blamed on user error by the support team, even though I am following the instructions I have been given. Any training calls I have participated in are intimidating because of the sheer number of participants on the software side. I do not recommend this app at all.
