I had my last appointment with this office this morning. I am going to miss this place. Everyone there is so nice, and they all make you feel like your the only patient they have at the moment. You always get their full attention and if you don't understand something, they will work with you until you do understand. If I ever need physical therapy again, I hope it is with them. God bless them all.

Takes the photo pretty slow. You can't export the PDF at all (not even with a watermark or anything) without buying the subscription

Didn't export my documents. I emailed them to cancel my subscription the same, but they still charged me. I emailed them again and haven't heard from them. The phone number I called didn't work. I'm disputing the charge now at my bank to get my money back.

Scanning was a nightmare as it took about 5 to 10 attempts to scan and save one document. I uninstalled in 24hrs which was before the 3-day free period but days later they took money from my account. I'm very disappointed.
