★★☆☆☆ Cannot seem to recognize paper size so only gets part of it.

★★☆☆☆ It is extremely hard to use. Impossible really, if you want to send a normal looking document and the option to edit does not exist. If it does however it is playing hide and go seek because I cannot find it. I've emailed customer support but have not heard anything back.
