Great application and also the web version, I have used several FSM applications, Scan pay is my favorite, as an individual/small business they offer so much and the most important thing is that everything is simple and the customer service is amazing! I have a power washing business and this app is the best ever for my business. It is so easy to take payments, and the money is available immediately! The banking option is awesome as well, and you get cash back on every purchase. This app is great, and I would recommend it to any contractor or business person who takes payments from customers!

This seems to be a great app so far. After my (round) pos provider shut me down with no prior notifications. I was able to not only get setup with this New provider within less than 1 hour, I was able to stop absorbing all the fees from round and was able to apply a small (lower) fee than any other provider to my guest. I've had zero complaints from my guest. Please consider giving these guys a try. ***Update*** they now include taxes in the app. Do fresh update on app. & look under tips n fees.

Scanpay says they don't batch out same day. I called and they couldn't answer the question. Mittal is the owner and would not answer me asking why my transaction wasn't batched on thursday when I did at 10am. He kept saying I will have the money on mon but how does that happen when not batched on their app. I like there app just had a simple question, and they avoided to answer the question. I have had transactions batch same day but not this one.

I had the same experience as several other reviewers here. After requesting a higher processing limit, they blocked my account with no explanation. There is no real customer support and no one you can actually speak to who will explain to you why it happened. A payment processor shouldn't be able to leave businesses without answers or a way to reactivate an account, or at least explain why it was blocked. I would absolutely not recommend this app.

Business owners — stay away from Scam Pay. I asked for a higher payment-processing limit, and instead of helping me, they suspended my account with no clear reason. There’s no one to properly speak to, no real help, and no answers. The scariest part is that while you’re in the middle of processing payments, they can just lock you out of your account and leave you stuck. As a business, that means you can suddenly be left without a way to collect payments — and you’re forced to figure out another
