The app is good but recently having issues scanning receipts to phone. The dimensions of receipt scan aren't the same as paper receipt. It's scanning as letter size. It should be only 3" inches across, but it's scanned as 8.5" across. Please build in more options in app. Using Android 10.

Wi-Fi connects fine with ix500 to desktop and pixel 4xl / Pixle 3xl. But will not connect to Pixelbook Go at all. Need this! (Got it to work. On Pixelbook Go I had to MANUALLY ENTER IP ADDRESS)

The app seems to work, but it isn't very easy to use from a work flow standpoint. After scanning a document, I would like it to be easier to rename and store to Google Drive. The drive part is particulary frustrating because I have to leave the Scan Snap app to put the file into the correct folder.

Thanks for ix1600 productivity performance. The apps work great with ix1600. May need firmware update for ix500 to fix Wi-Fi or phone connect issue.

This app has stopped working properly with the scanner. It was once a great app with the scanner now it is totally useless. You have to reboot the device several times just or get the app to connect. Then it constantly gets disconnected, sometimes at the end of a scan before the app can receive the document.

This has been a downgrade. You can not choose where to save your documents. You have to use another file manager to move the docs around.

This is a very poorly designed app. It could not have been tested before release. Start with the fact that it cannot detect the Scan Snap device. It does not open after the first time - it requires uninstall and reinstall to be able to have the Open button work. It is truly an abominably developed app.
