Scary Stories: Grotesque

Supported Languages: Korean, English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese

Horror in everyday life always begins in the most ordinary way.

A late-night subway station. A movie theater with only a single audience member. A mountain road swallowed by dense fog. A bedroom where you lie alone after work. Even the bathroom of an ordinary apartment.

Every story begins in places that feel familiar. Then, without warning, something inexplicable slips into the ordinary.

Scary Stories: Grotesque is a collection of short horror visual novels inspired by internet ghost stories and urban legends.

Some stories begin with something someone else once experienced. Others begin with a single careless mistake. And in most cases, the protagonist never truly discovers what they encountered.

New ghost stories will continue to be added through future updates. More horrors are waiting to invade your everyday life.

Have you ever...

Fallen asleep on the subway and missed your stop?

Watched a movie alone in an empty theater?

Walked home alone late at night?

Fumbled for a power outlet in a dark room?

Truly hated someone?

Driven down a deserted road in the middle of the night?

Scary Stories: Grotesque gathers the unsettling tales that may have been hiding between those ordinary moments.

Face every kind of horror you can imagine.

From slow-building psychological dread, to nerve-racking jump scares, to the overwhelming despair of cosmic horror.

Experience every boundary of fear, all in one place.
