I am obsessed with this app/service. I love perfumes, but I can't justify spending a lot of money on something that I may or may not like. This app gives me plenty of different options to try before committing to a bigger bottle. I have been pleasantly surprised each month by trying things outside my comfort zone. So far, sooo satisfied. The ONLY perfume/cologne/air freshener (???) type app tht will send u scents BEFOREhand!!! Btw, Current Scent Birders, future Scent Birders & n e 1 who might be viewing this specific app ... U WILL NOT be disappointed in the layout of this app; not 2 mention the prices on all the different selections of women's perfume, mens cologne, home air fresheners (& diffusers too 😊) Scent Bird gets by take of the cake 🍰 over n e of the other "smell good" apps out here, out there!

There is no way to delete your account when you click help it reads error unsafe link site will tell you $17 then charge you $32 to 40 better off paying for the cologne outright

Their customer service is a JOKE. They should be sued for how difficult they make the cancellation process - like Amazon was. Their selection sucks. It's like putting your money in the toilet.

This company is terrible. I signed up due to an ad view and the ad says my first item would be $9 something with a free case. I then proceeded to set up my account and queue other scents. Signed up for the discounted 3 bundles. No shipment has been processed, but I then found out I was charged 4 different times, doesn't explain them charges. No way to cancel the subscription? Only able to cancel by reaching out through email. If it hasn't been shipped then why am I not eligible for a refund.
