When you choose to buy from these people keep in mind when they say they're going to send you an atomizer they send you an empty case that does not atomize the chemical they're pathological liars, and they're stealing my money they charge you $10 a month for an atomizer case, but they never give you an atomizer case they give you a standard empty case that clicks into place around your cologne bottle it does not atomize anything

I canceled sent bird 2 months ago and sent bird went into my bank account and stole $32.00 out of my bank account. I will be reporting sent bird to the better business bureau because sent bird are theives because why did sent bird steal $32.00 out of my bank account and I canceled sent bird back in April around the 12th and I just found out that sent bird stole $32.00 out of my bank account.

They are a scam I canceled my subscription, and they emailed me that said 40 percent off my first month back, so I did it, and they charged the full amount, and you can't get ahold of anyone it's a virtual assistant that helps you none, so then you have to fill a ticket out and submit it. This is your last chance to go to a different cologne app try scent box my girlfriend uses them they have a better selection, and she has never had an issue with them this is my second issue with this app.
