★★★★★ Very easy app to use, it works quick. Haven't had any problems, it's quite quick to review videos and copy offline to phone. The quality is really good and looking forward to the software update :) !

★★★★★ Easy to use app. Recently had an issue with device repeatedly saying it needed to be formatted, this seems common across all dash cam devices. I called the service center, which you can locate in the information section of the app. Problem was solved withing 5 minutes. Note Wi-Fi stops working if device needs formatting. Device can be reformatted by holding two buttons under the device for 4 seconds. Device will eventually prompt to push the left button once. Device should be formatted.

★★☆☆☆ I made the mistake of taking out the SD card and delete all the trips on it. I now get "please format" now when I turn on my camera. I can't get wi-fi to work on the application on my phone connection to work on my phone. Could this be because it was installed by the company that put it in my car??? Even on my computer the app does not let me do anything. HELP I don't want abuse for my stars I just want to get the bloody app to work on my android phone. All advice will be appreciated.
