This app was 5 stars until they introduced the AI agent and now there's an annoying icon in the corner of the screen that I can't get rid of, even though I have the agent disabled. Until that icon goes away, I will keep this app rated at 1 star.

You can't sign up! I made some cash back rewards but can't use them because I can't log in. I had my password sent to my email several times, but the app never sent them. So I tried to sign up again and this time with a different email, but it just says the email already exist. I tried multiple emails, and it just says for everyone I put In that it already exist. The app is a waist

I haven't been able to use this app for months. It's glitchy, it won't let me sign in (when I try, it's just the spinning Schmucks man loading screen) and I can't do order ahead. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, everything. It's just a terrible app.

This was already a clunky app that likes to fail while in the store, and now there's an AI to make things worse? The rewards program is all that's keeping me on this app since y'all killed Save A Lot and made it harder to access groceries.
