I can't even get on to the app, it just keeps buffering. I'm already logged into the app, I've been on it many times, but for the last couple of months I can't get on. I'll get notifications from the school, click on them, then it just keeps buffering. I've also tried clearing cache but to no joy.

Unable to receive notifications. All my settings are correct and miss important school messages. Installed the app numerous times to no avail.

I cannot create an account. The school has my information correct and I have downloaded the app and tried on the website, but I have an error message saying my details don't exist with the school, or they are wrong, but they aren't. The same for my partner and children's dad, none of us are able to create an account and all our details are held by the school. I need this app apparently as well to pay for my child's lunch as it is a cashless system there.
