I really like this version of the app, the previous one was problematic to use, but I gave the new one a go after speaking to school spider and all good so far!

Easy to use and super convenient! I had forgotten my login details a while ago after getting a new phone. I used the forgotten password option which sent a link to my email address along with my username. I can now book clubs, trips and pay for my daughter's lunches through the app too!!

Awful awful awful. It's slow - takes ages for things to open (not just my phone or connection). Often fails with no error, so you have to try again. Too many PDF files - maybe that's just my school - but trying to read letters in a PDF with tiny fonts makes no sense for a mobile app. Nothing labelled: referring back to some message you got a few weeks ago involves a lot of (slow and tedious) guesswork. No audit trail: I'd like a copy of survey responses pls. Payments - slow, unreliable.

Pretty poor. As lots of others have said, it no longer sends notifications. I used to be able to switch between both children but now can only view youngest. Lots of error messages when trying to book parents evening. Not an intuitive layout/ navigation. Very slow.

Needs work. Notifications stop after app update as it logs you out. If you have set apps to automatically update & don't notice, you don't get messages, It's really annoying when the school relay information & were not getting it. Also, many times, we've had to change password as it the old password don't work sometimes. Please sort these issues out.
