To date I have placed orders from online sales. There is a little to learn, but I did OK. I was able to order at least 6 items if not more. My orders are in pricess of being shipped. I have received none of the items yet. Weather has been poor across the country well may be slow due to rainstorms, snow, etc. Order starting in Ohio and finishing in California. I am expecting delays. I do look forward to receiving my goods as they on air presenting the goods are fast & receptive & friendly.

In person or online their ever-changing inventory is full of treasures! The new App is fabulous. Prices and shipping are always the most reasonable to be found. I've ordered 4 times. The first 2 orders, I had broken items. Totaling in price 72.00 not counting shipping. I have called, I have gmailed many times, trying to talk to someone about this. No response from SS, im alittle upset. I'd heard nice things, but I have to wonder, what's up. Also, there's no place to ask questions about items. I've looked, so far I cant see anything. I think there's some things missing from the online sales. I have questions about other items in the store, but I can't ask.
