So I just figured out the problem of not getting the email if you're parents email is on your school account also check if it's getting sent to their email instead. that's what was happening to mine. have them forward it to you and you open it on your phone. wanted to also let everyone know that is complaining about only being able to use facebook to connect it's because it literally just a facebook group. this app and website is just a dedicated extension to that Facebook group.

I recently enrolled at my school. They sent me a link for this app. I downloaded it and tried to log in with Facebook, but I keep getting an error message saying I'm not allowed to see the app. I tried everything, and the customer service won't answer. I just want to use the app. :(

Although I've received an invitation from my school, upon installation the only option to login is through Facebook. Quickest uninstall decision for an app. I'd use this if I could login by email but no other way - Privacy is a huge concern!
