Hopeless customer support. Coffee break 10 AM to 5 PM. The ordered medicines are not delivered on time despite being sent through blue dart. The service of aligned courier is also pathetic. No option to contact them except toll-free number which is inaccessible. Standard remark on their portal-wrong pin code may affect delivery.
