Edit: Got support from the developers. As suggested, I cleared the app data, and it now works! Updated the rating accordingly. Thank you! The app gets stuck on the splash screen, so I can't use it. I have to use the web version to have access to my account, thus I can't get push notifications.

This app is a disaster. If taxpayer money is paid for it - it would be disaster power of 2. Just choose email or a messaging group if your time and privacy is of any value for you.

No notifications! I have to randomly check if the teacher has sent anything. I have no other way of knowing if an important message has arrived.

Sending a message to my son's teacher always produces an error, even if I retry multiple times. Terrible.
