Works pretty good just wish you could report & receive issues in the road ahead like Waze/Google Maps such as road closures, big potholes, debris in Rd, police etc. it's a good navigation but like to have that!

Pros: Simple, easy to use interface that can easily be configured to show as much or as little information as you'd like. Great for folks like me with ADHD. Also, it's accurate and has a nice looking interface. Cons: Could use a hazard reporting feature like Waze. However, the major issue keeping me from 5 stars is that I can't type to search for a destination in Android Auto when using Scout. I can in Google Maps, Waze, or Here WeGo. Also don't like it hiding the Android notification bar.

I used to love Scout, but their last few updates kept making the app progressively worse. The voice navigation is much quieter, the directions don’t all make sense as there are extra streets listed at the start of my route than actually exist, and perhaps most importantly: all my saved routes lost their label names in the update. What’s worse is that there is no way for me to change the label names again, so I just have a long list of addresses, most of which I don’t know what they match to.

The latest update is horrible. Illustrations are cartoonist. There are addresses in my file I never ever drove to and not all the ones I have. I don't know where that extra stuff came from making selections from a list that has places I never traveled to, finding the right one is difficult so I have to enter them again. Used scout for years and years. I see people complained about the font size, well... now it's now so ridiculously large that it fills my whole screen. Don't like update.
