This app has been great. I have recommended it to any person that has asked me what I am doing well I am scanning books. Or when someone asks me which I app I use to scan with. I have used it for a couple of years now and never had an issue until recently. I reached out to support on a Sunday, and they were very quick to respond. They were very helpful. They were able to help me realize that it was a setting on my phone that caused the issue and not the app.

Disappointed and charged despite cancelling I signed up for scout hoping it would be useful, but it wasn’t at all what I expected. I cancelled during the free trial period, but was still charged $100 CAD for a full month. When I tried to cancel again, the “Cancel” button conveniently didn’t work. I contacted customer service, but they’ve been unhelpful and haven’t offered a refund. For the price, this app should be much more transparent and functional. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere

I keep trying to log in with my Yahoo or Gmail acct, and I get a response that I don't have an account. It doesn't give me an option to set up an account. Driving me crazy!! I tried using my Amazon seller account info and that doesn't work either.

Miserable experience attempting to sign up. Gmail connect doesn't work; claims no user ID. Website forces their $69/month bundle and when you scroll down to just sign up for Scout IQ, the free trial link cycles back to their bundle site. Impossible cycle.
